The SL 9107230 requires assembly and wiring. (photo above shows kit assembled and wired to SL LED controller and buffer that do NOT come with the 2 board KIT.

Each kit contains 2 cut and machined drop ceiling boards, 7 LEDs, 7 Bezels, wire, a screw 2 terminal connector, 4 spacers and 4 screws for assembly, assembly instructions included with kit, installation instructions are shown below.

- Assembly of lighting boards requires following the included instructions that include:
- Insertion of Bezels into ceiling board pre-drilled holes
- Insertion of LEDs into Bezels (they snap into place)
- Soldering or wire wrapping LED positive and negative leads
- Soldering of LED wiring to Terminal strip solder points
- Gluing of the terminal strip to the 3 LED ceiling board

How to install after boards are assembled:
Step 1 Remove the roof from the keg and the bar area of the car and Insert .5" standoffs and .65" standoffs to the bar and keg roofs respectively as shown below, remove the table and route power from power pickup wheels as required and show below.
Car not included with lighting setStep 2 Attach optional but recommended SL-8453203 LED controller with full wave bridge & terminal block for track power input and connect the optional SL 6111047 4.7K uF Anti-flicker Buffer to the LED controller as shown below
Step 3 Remove table from keg seating area and place upside down on work area, set voltage of SL LED controller to 3.1Volts Prior to wiring the 3 LED board as shown below

Step 4 Remove 3M red backing from the SL-8453203 LED controller and attach to the bottom of the table as shown
Step 5 Route wires from power pickup wheels or ball bearing power pickup wheels, if used, and connect to SL LED controller input screw terminals on the SL-8453203 LED controller as shown below.
Car not included with lighting setStep 6 Screw 4 LED drop ceiling to bar roof using supplied screws and route wires through the access hole in the wall between the bar and the barrel seating area as shown in photo below.
Step 7 Use a screw driver to attach the red wire to the red wire terminal and black wire to black wire terminal as shown below
Step 8 Mount the 3 LED drop ceiling to the barrel roof using the two screws provides as shown below
Step 9 Add folks to enjoy the bier and refreshments
